Integrations

Connect agents to the tools your company uses so they can answer, retrieve, and take approved actions for your users.

Integrations are how Fluo agents reach beyond chat. They let your company build assistants that can search knowledge, inspect work systems, create tickets, schedule meetings, generate media, or send approved messages for your own users.

How Integrations Fit

Companies usually use integrations in one of three ways:

PatternExample
Answer with live contextA support assistant checks Jira or ClickUp before answering a status question.
Take a controlled actionA customer-facing chatbot creates a ticket or schedules a follow-up.
Enrich a workflowA backend run searches the web, summarizes findings, and stores the result.

Before You Enable One

For each agent, decide:

  • Which integration actions it can use.
  • Whether it can read, write, or both.
  • Which users or domains can trigger those actions.
  • What should happen when permissions or rate limits block a request.

For public chatbots, start with read-only actions and enable writes only when the user experience and permissions are clear.
